To support this initiative, the government plans to recruit 3,402 vocational trainers, with two trainers assigned to each school. The recruitment will be carried out through outsourcing agencies, providing skilled professionals to deliver industry-oriented vocational training to students.
This initiative aligns with the objectives of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, which emphasizes skill-based learning, employability, and practical education.

Salary
Selected vocational trainers will receive a monthly honorarium of ₹15,000.
Attendance will be verified every month by the school principal, and payments will be processed based on verified attendance records.

The recruitment will be managed through outsourcing agencies authorized by the Uttar Pradesh government.
